Our Services include a variety of bodywork modalities all aimed at bringing a sense of balance and integration to our clients. Some people need deep pressure to penetrate the armor of their bodies. Others need a feather light touch or a subtle energetic approach. We offer a wide range of techniques and approaches to address these different needs. We also offer classes.

Sessions can involve just one of these modalities or include a combination, except for Rosen which is done alone. We offer Massage with or without Aroma Therapy (with high-quality therapeutic-grade essential oils). We are located at 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2, Ste. 190, Rochester, NY, 14625.
Classes:
Couples Massage Instruction – for individual couples, done in our office on a massage table.
Weekly Rosen Movement class – taught in a yoga studio ten minutes from our office.
