Polarity Therapy

Polarity is a touch therapy that works directly with the patterns of body-mind energy in order to encourage and maintain the free-flow and balance of that energy. It is the result of the search of the late Randolph Stone, D.C., for effective healing techniques around the world. It may be said to be born of a combination of chiropractic principles and Ayurvedic medicine, especially as regards the model of the energy patterns in the human body that it uses, which is distinctly different from the Asian meridian system. It is normally done on a massage table with the recipient fully clothed. There is no chiropractic manipulation in Polarity Therapy.
